Oats besan (gram flour) dosa

Hey all… This is how i prepared oats besan dosa. We all know oats besan chilla. But this a very small variation making it a dosa instead of chilla. Usually people eat dosa or a chilla with chutney. But i customised the garnishing with – mom made chutney pudi (peanut powder) and ghee cuz it’s my favourite !

1 serving = Full, yummy and healthy!!

I don’t have sophisticated video making instruments. But i managed to capture it by my mobile. 😉 i hope you can ignore few blemishes in the video.

Without much ado. Here it is

Ingredients that I used:

  • 1 medium sized onion finely chopped
  • 1 spicy green chilli finely chopped
  • 1/2 inch ginger grated
  • 1 small carrot grated
  • Keya parsely ( fresh coriander leaves – alternative)
  • 3 scoop (50ml) oats
  • 1.5 scoop besan (gram flour)
  • Salt 2 teaspoon
  • Hing (asafoetida) half a teaspoon
  • 2 teaspoon jeera/cumin seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 cup water
  • Ghee 😋
